What is a class A motorhome?
You might find that motorhomes are often referred to as ‘Class A, B or C’. Class A, Class B, and Class C motorhomes are all types of recreational vehicles, but they differ in terms of size, features, and functionality. A-Class motorhomes are the largest, offering spacious living areas and a multitude of storage facilities. They often come equipped with luxurious amenities such as full kitchens, multiple bedrooms, and large bathrooms.
B-Class motorhomes, also known as camper vans, are smaller and more manoeuvrable. They are converted from regular vans and provide basic amenities such as sleeping quarters, a small kitchenette, and a compact bathroom.
C-Class motorhomes fall in between A-Class and B-Class in terms of size. They typically feature a distinctive cab-over design, providing additional sleeping or storage space. Class C motorhomes also offer various amenities including a kitchen, bathroom, and living area.
